By It’s been a minute. If you’ve visited Experience Barbados recently, you might have noticed our website and app felt a bit quiet — like a rum shop on a slow Tuesday afternoon. We’re fixing that, starting now.
Experience Barbados was built to celebrate something extraordinary: the unique spirit of Barbados during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. That was an incredible moment for our island. Visitors from across the globe descended on our shores, and we showed them hospitality, culture, and the Barbadian way of life. The world watched, and we were proud.
But then, the tournament ended, and our digital presence kind of… paused. Life moved on. Barbados continued being amazing — festivals happened, communities celebrated, people lived their lives — but our online platform wasn’t capturing it. We let our visitors down, and more importantly, we let our own people down.
That changes now.
