The following is the schedule of media opportunities at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 on Wednesday, 19 June and additional information for media.
Antigua and Barbuda
South Africa and USA play a Super Eights, Group 2 match at 10h30 on Wednesday, 19 June at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua. Teams will address post-match media conferences starting around 10 minutes after the end of the match, with the losing team usually going first.
Australia and Bangladesh play a Super Eights, Group 1 match at 20h30 on Thursday, 20 June at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua.
On their pre match day on Wednesday 19 June;
Australia will hold their training session at the Coolidge Cricket Ground from 13h00 to 16h00. They will address their pre-match press conference at the same ground prior to training at 12h30.
Bangladesh will also hold their training session at the same venue from 10h30 to 13h30. They will address their pre-match press conference at 12h45.
Please note that these media opportunities will be held, while the Super 8 fixture at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium is taking place.
Barbados
Afghanistan and India play a Super Eights, Group 1 match at 10h30 on Thursday, 20 June at the Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados.
On their pre match day on Wednesday 19 June;
Afghanistan will hold their training session at the Kensington Oval from 09h00 to 12h00. They will address their pre-match press conference at the same ground following training.
India will also hold their training session at the same venue from 13h00 to 16h00. They will address their pre-match press conference from 12pm with coach Rahul Dravid.
Saint Lucia
England and West Indies play a Super Eights, Group 2 match at 20h30 on Wednesday, 19 June at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet. Teams will address post-match media conferences starting around 10 minutes after the end of the match, with the losing team usually going first. A mixed zone will also be in operation following the post-match press conferences.
