Fruit Carving Workshop By PomMarine

As part of its Summer School Programme, the Barbados Community College (BCC) will offer a one-week intensive Fruit Carving workshop and showcase through the Jean and Norma Holder Hospitality Institute (Hotel PomMarine).

The workshop, aimed at culinary artists and those interested in learning a lucrative skill, will run from July 1 to 5, with a showcase on July 6. Registration forms are available at Hotel PomMarine, and fees can be paid at the BCC Accounts Department, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
