The atmosphere was electrifying from the very first ball bowled by Ruman Trumpelmann as Oman’s Kashyap Prajapati fell leg before wicket to Trumpelmann without scoring a run, setting the tone for a thrilling encounter.
The match unfolded with twists and turns as both teams fought fiercely, leading to a dramatic tie: Oman scoring 109 runs in 19.4 overs, matched by Namibia’s 109-6 in 20 overs.
To break the deadlock, a Super Over ensued. Namibia posted 21 runs without losing a wicket. In response, Oman managed only 10 runs with the loss of one wicket, sealing Namibia’s victory in the Super Over.
