The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) provides safe, clean water to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across the island. The authority manages water treatment, distribution networks, customer accounts, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliable service.
Key Services: The BWA delivers potable water, manages customer billing, inspects properties for leaks and meter issues, and handles emergency response for water main breaks. Customers can set up accounts, report leaks, and pay bills online or in person.
Leak Reporting: Report leaks immediately to the BWA emergency line. The authority responds urgently to prevent water loss and property damage.
Conservation: The BWA promotes water conservation through customer education and investment in desalination and rainwater harvesting technologies.
